If you’ve had a baby, you’re more than likely familiar with all the changes your body

If you’ve had a baby, you’re more than likely familiar with all the changes your body goes through, like morning sickness, heartburn, an aversion to all scents and foods, sciatica, expanding hips — you get the point. Another common change you may have experienced is the separation of your abdominal muscles, called diastasis recti. “Diastasis recti occurs when pressure from the growing uterus causes the rectus abdominis (the six-pack muscles) to spread sideways, overstretching the connective tissue that runs along the center of the abdomen,” Leah Keller, ACE-certified trainer and creator of the Every Mother EMbody Program told POPSUGAR. Writing on the cat’s Facebook page Saturday, one of her owner’s explained: ‘Everyday when I come home I scream “Where ma babies!!” and they all come running, except Fat Laila. ‘She hasn’t done that in over a year. Well yesterday, here she comes, trotting in with her tail up, purring and aacking. Vibration Machine ‘I’m not going to lie, i teared up. It’s like everyday she gets closer to being herself again.’ Elliptical Bike, Exerciser Bike, Inversion Table, Electric Scooter &#...
